Conquering the Crumbs of Self-Doubt
The most evil curse placed upon us comes from within. It stirs up a dusty disruption to our self-connection. A detachment from our higher Self. A dark storm of spiraling thoughts rooted from fear....convincing us that we are delusional, & ultimately stealing our self-trust.
Welcome to SELF-DOUBT = the most destructive dark curse we can conjure all by ourselves, all on our own, all from *within.*
Where do the origins of self-doubt even exist?
The answer is....in the darkest depths of disempowerment.
Disempowerment can come from many sources. So, in order to shift the energy of self-doubt, we must first do our "shadow-work" to explore the roots of the disempowered state we may occasionally find ourselves in.
The secret? We ALL have been there, and will continue finding ourselves sometimes in these "lower" states of consciousness. The key to SHIFTING the energy is within the SURRENDER to it by first acknowledging the "human" experience & the natural energetics of coming in & out of these frequencies.
How to shift the energy & overcome the doubt ?

Tip # 1: As previously mentioned, it's important to first acknowledge & surrender. Acknowledge your human experience. Surrender to it. Disempowerment FEELS dark, but we also only call it "dark" out of fear. So instead of fearing it & beating ourselves up when we *do* find ourselves there, SURRENDER to it. It can be easier said than done, I get it, I've been there. But if we can just say to ourselves: "I'm feeling self-doubt, and that's OK," the energy will begin to shift much sooner than otherwise.
Also, remember that any "negative" or "fear-based" feeling/emotion is STILL coming from a place of love! These states are like quantum little breadcrumbs, hinting to showing us where we are disconnected, so we can then get back onto the trails of alignment....
So first know that it's OK. It's so hard when we feel the defeat of powerlessness take over causing the self-doubt....but that's where we can surrender to allowing ourselves to just BE in that space.
its ok to not feel “on” all the time.
A temporary disconnection doesn’t mean what is within is lost or forgotten. It is at the deepest core, always present.
and its OK to “not” be connected to that in every moment.
Surrender to being a human who shifts states, with knowing our deepest core holds our highest truths.
Our power is still within. it's at our core. We just have to follow those breadcrumbs back towards it.

Tip #2: Intentional Journaling / Prompts to Propel you back to Self-Trust
Allow yourself the space to self-connect by 1st creating a space for self-exploration & reflection.
Self-doubt challenges our truth & makes us all question ourselves.
So counteract that energy by asking yourself the right questions.
Here are some self-reflective prompts to start with that can kickstart to finding the root of doubt :
what TRIGGERED the self-doubt to seep into your soul?
....was it an experience, an encounter, a disappointment, a delay ?
How does it make me feel ? How do I act / behave when I feel like this?
Where/why do I feel disconnected from my power?
How can I re-connect to find a renewed sense of Self-trust ?
What was the last experience I can recall feeling a strong belief & confidence in myself?
( some examples / ideas: a solo traveling trip, a compliment from somebody you admire, an accomplishment, etc.)
What brings me joy & confidence ?
What makes me feel powerful ?
I believe I can ....
The last time trusting my Self led to a positive experience, outcome, or revelation was.....?

Tip # 3: Come back to your knowingness. Your SELF-TRUST.
Repeating affirmations, mantras, or meditations can assist in relieving the feelings of disconnect, & fostering the connection back to our true Self-belief & trust.
Affirmations are reminders of our soul power.
Mantras & meditations deliver us back to remembrance.
"When I’m flustered or feeling a dip in my confidence into self-doubt, I pay attention to my breath to restore my system & self-regulate”
"I trust myself"
"I have every reason to believe in myself."

These intentional, introspective practices can shine light on higher awareness, shed the limiting beliefs of self-doubt as we contribute a conscious effort to meet ourselves where we find ourselves (no matter how "negative" or "positive" it feels), and further support our shift in perspective in seeing the bigger picture of the "doubting" experience as simply an energetic experience.
...an opportunity to heal and find ourselves back at our personal power centers.
....our positivity.
...our higher Truths.
Every emotional experience, if we use them intentionally & mindfully, can be a compass guiding us into adjustment towards alignment with our self-empowerment. Breadcrumb crusted trails towards our homes of the Higher Self.
